Kandydaci na studia II stopnia (stacjonarne i niestacjonarne) znajdujący się na liście zakwalifikowanych do złożenia dokumentów są zobowiązani do dostarczenia, w terminach określonych w zakładce „Miejsce składania dokumentów”, następujących dokumentów:

1. podania o przyjęcie na studia wydrukowanego z systemu IRK i podpisanego przez kandydata;
2. kserokopii dyplomu ukończenia studiów wraz z oryginałem do wglądu, celem potwierdzenia zgodności przez Komisję Rekrutacyjną lub zaświadczenia o ukończeniu studiów I stopnia, II stopnia lub jednolitych magisterskich (w przypadku wystąpienia różnicy w danych osobowych między dokumentami (np. zmiana nazwiska) wymagane jest dodatkowo, do wglądu, zaświadczenie o zmianie danych osobowych);
3. zaświadczenia o średniej ocen ze studiów (jeżeli jest wymagane);
4. zaświadczenia potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego minimum na poziomie B2 (certyfikat językowy).

Z obowiązku przedstawienia zaświadczenia potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego zwolnieni są kandydaci:
– dla których język angielski był językiem wykładowym w ukończonej szkole średniej lub na ukończonych studiach,
– którzy zdali maturę z języka angielskiego na poziomie rozszerzonym co najmniej na 80%,
– którzy w trakcie studiów zdali egzamin z języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 i jest on wykazany w suplemencie do dyplomu.

Kandydaci legitymujący się wydanym za granicą dyplomem lub innym dokumentem uprawniającym do ubiegania się o przyjęcie na studia, znajdujący się na liście zakwalifikowanych do złożenia dokumentów, zobowiązani są do dostarczenia w terminach określonych w zakładce „Miejsce składania dokumentów”, następujących dokumentów: 

1. podania o przyjęcie na studia wydrukowanego z systemu IRK i podpisanego przez kandydata;
2. kserokopii zalegalizowanego lub opatrzonego apostille dyplomu ukończenia studiów wraz z oryginałem do wglądu celem potwierdzenia zgodności przez Komisję Rekrutacyjną (w przypadku wystąpienia różnicy w danych osobowych między dokumentami (np. zmiana nazwiska) wymagane jest dodatkowo, do wglądu, zaświadczenie o zmianie danych osobowych);
3. tłumaczenia na język polski lub angielski dokumentów, o których mowa w pkt 2, wykonanego przez tłumacza przysięgłego;
4. przedstawienie zaświadczenia potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego minimum na poziomie B2 certyfikat językowy.

   Z obowiązku przedstawienia zaświadczenia potwierdzającego znajomość języka angielskiego zwolnieni są kandydaci:
   – dla których język angielski był językiem wykładowym w ukończonej szkole średniej lub na ukończonych studiach,
   – dla których język angielski jest językiem ojczystym,
   – którzy w trakcie studiów zdali egzamin z języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 i jest on wykazany w suplemencie do dyplomu.

Cudzoziemcy oprócz dokumentów, o których mowa w pkt II, składają dodatkowo:

1. oświadczenia o posiadaniu polisy ubezpieczeniowej na wypadek choroby na okres kształcenia w Polsce albo Europejskiej Karty Ubezpieczenia Zdrowotnego albo umowy z NFZ. W przypadku braku wymienionych wyżej dokumentów na etapie rekrutacji dopuszcza się możliwość złożenia przez kandydata zobowiązania do przedłożenia tych dokumentów w terminie późniejszym;

2. kserokopię dokumentu potwierdzającego możliwość podjęcia i odbywania studiów na zasadach o których mowa w art. 324 ust 2 ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce wraz z oryginałem do wglądu celem potwierdzenia zgodności przez Komisję Rekrutacyjną (w przypadku wystąpienia różnicy w danych osobowych między dokumentami (np. zmiana nazwiska) wymagane jest dodatkowo, do wglądu, zaświadczenie o zmianie danych osobowych);

Wszystkie dokumenty powinny być złożone (dostarczone) w miejscu, terminie i godzinach wskazanych w zakładce „Miejsce składania dokumentów”. Niedopełnienie tego obowiązku spowoduje nieprzyjęcie kandydata na studia.

Komisja Rekrutacyjna na wniosek zainteresowanego potwierdza złożenie kompletu dokumentów i na podstawie złożonych dokumentów oraz przeprowadzonego postępowania rekrutacyjnego, jeśli było prowadzone, ogłasza listy przyjętych.

Kandydat nie ma obowiązku składania dokumentów osobiście. W przypadku składania ich za pośrednictwem poczty lub kuriera wymagane jest notarialne poświadczenie kserokopii dokumentów, o których mowa w pkt II 2 oraz III. Dokumenty mogą również zostać doręczone przez osoby trzecie na podstawie pełnomocnictwa udzielonego przez kandydata lub przez złożenie notarialnie poświadczonych kserokopii dokumentów, o których mowa w pkt II 2 oraz III.

Dokumenty muszą dotrzeć na uczelnię w terminie określonym w harmonogramie – decydująca jest data dostarczenia dokumentów, a nie data stempla pocztowego czy termin nadania przesyłki. Niedopełnienie obowiązku złożenia dokumentów na wyżej określonych zasadach spowoduje nieprzyjęcie kandydata na studia.

Kandydaci znajdujący się na liście zakwalifikowanych do złożenia dokumentów zobowiązani są do złożenia wszystkich wymaganych dokumentów w terminie określonym w harmonogramie rekrutacji. Miejsce na liście zakwalifikowanych do złożenia dokumentów nie gwarantuje miejsca na liście przyjętych na studia.

W przypadku rezygnacji z podjęcia studiów złożone dokumenty wydawane są na pisemny wniosek kandydata (wzór rezygnacji z podjęcia studiów) do rąk własnych, bądź upoważnionej przez niego osobie lub odesłane pocztą za zwrotnym potwierdzeniem odbioru.

Zdjęcie do Elektronicznej Legitymacji Studenckiej, które dołącza się w procesie rejestracji w systemie IRK powinno spełniać następujące wymogi:

1. zdjęcie elektroniczne powinno być aktualne, kolorowe, o rozdzielczości 500 x 625 pikseli w formacie JPG,
2. zdjęcie powinno spełniać wymogi do dowodu osobistego tj.: bez nakrycia głowy, okularów z ciemnymi szkłami, głowa frontalnej z zachowaniem równomiernego oświetlenia twarzy.
   Osoba z wrodzonymi lub nabytymi wadami narządu wzroku może załączyć fotografie przedstawiające osobę w okularach z ciemnymi szkłami, a osoba nosząca nakrycie głowy zgodnie z zasadami swojego wyznania – fotografię przedstawiającą osobę z nakryciem głowy.
   Dokumentem poświadczającym uprawnienie do załączonej fotografii przedstawiającej osobę w okularach z ciemnymi szkłami jest orzeczenie o stopniu niepełnosprawności osoby z powodu wrodzonej lub nabytej wady narządu wzroku, wydane zgodnie z przepisami o orzekaniu o niepełnosprawności i stopniu niepełnosprawności.
   Dokumentem poświadczającym uprawnienie do załączonej fotografii przedstawiającej osobę w nakryciu głowy jest zaświadczenie o przynależności wyznaniowej.

Uwaga! Zdjęcie w systemie IRK jest przekazane do akceptacji po zapisie na kierunek!

Candidates for second-cycle studies (full-time and part-time) included on the list of documents qualified for submission are required to submit the following documents by the due date specified in the Recruitment Time Schedule:

1. application for admission to the studies printed from the IRK system and signed by the candidate;
2. a copy of the graduation diploma together with the original for inspection, in order to confirm compliance by the Admissions Committee or a certificate of completion of first-cycle, second-cycle or uniform master’s studies (in the event of a difference in personal data between the documents (e.g. name change) it is additionally required to inspection, certificate of change of personal data);
3. certificate of the grade point average of previous studies (if required);
4. a certificate proving the knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level according to the Council of Europe’s guidelines. This certificate may take the following forms:
   • certificate on the completion of a preparatory course for taking up studies in English at B2 level issued by the English Language Centre of the University of Wrocław
   • certificate on the knowledge of the English language at B2 level issued by the English Language Centre or the Foreign Language Centre of the University of Wrocław
   • language certificate).

The following candidates are exempted from the obligation to present a certificate proving the knowledge of the English language:

• • • candidates for whom English was the language of instruction in a secondary school or a higher school they graduated from
    • candidates who passed their secondary school final exam in English at advanced level with at least 80% score
    • candidates who during their studies passed an English exam at B2 level, as confirmed in the diploma supplement

All the documents should be submitted (delivered) in the place, in the hours and by the due date specified in the Recruitment Time Schedule. Candidates who do not fulfil this obligation shall not be admitted to the studies. 

At the request of the person concerned, the Recruitment Board shall confirm that all the required documents have been submitted and announce a list of admitted candidates on the basis of the submitted documents and the recruitment procedure, if any.

Candidates are not required to submit the documents in person. In case of submission by post or courier service, notarised photocopies of the documents mentioned in items 2 are required. The documents may also be delivered by third persons on the basis of the power of attorney granted by the candidates or in the form of notarised photocopies of the documents mentioned in items 2 .

The documents must reach the university by the due date specified in the Recruitment Time Schedule − the decisive factor is the date of actual delivery, not the date of the post stamp or the date of sending the documents. Failure to fulfil the obligation to submit the documents according to the above rules shall result in rejection of the candidate.

Any documents submitted by candidates who waive their right to take up the studies shall be returned to them at their written request in person or to their authorised representative or sent by post with confirmation of receipt.

Candidates who hold diplomas issued abroad or other documents entitling them to apply for admission to the studies and who are entered on the list of documents qualified for submission are required to submit the following documents by the due date specified in the Recruitment Time Schedule:

1. application for admission to the studies printed from the IRK system and signed by the candidate;
2. photocopy of legalised or apostilled diploma or another document entitling them to apply for admission to the studies − the original should be produced for verification by the Recruitment Board (in the event of a difference in personal data between the documents (e.g. change of name), a certificate of change of personal data is additionally required for inspection);
3. translation of the documents mentioned in item 2 by a Polish or English certified translator;
4. a certificate proving the knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level according to the Council of Europe’s guidelines. This certificate may take the following forms:
   • certificate on the completion of a preparatory course for taking up studies in English at B2 level (language certificate).

The following candidates are exempted from the obligation to present a certificate proving the knowledge of the English language:

• • candidates for whom English was the language of instruction in a secondary school or a higher school they graduated from,
  • candidates whose native language is English,
  • candidates who during their studies passed an English exam at B2 level, as confirmed in the diploma suplement.

Foreign candidates should submit the following documents in addition to those listed in section II:

 1. a statement on having an insurance policy in the event of illness for the period of education in Poland or the European Health Insurance Card or an agreement with the National Health Fund [pol. NFZ]. In the absence of the above-mentioned documents at the recruitment stage, the candidate may submit an obligation to submit these documents at a later date;

2. photocopy of a document confirming that the candidate is able to take up and complete studies according to foreigners mentioned in Art. 324(2) of the Higher Education and Science Act − the original should be produced for verification by the Faculty Recruitment Board (in the event of a difference in personal data between the documents (e.g. change of name), a certificate of change of personal data is additionally required for inspection);

All the documents should be submitted (delivered) in the place, in the hours and by the due date specified in the Recruitment Time Schedule. Candidates who do not fulfil this obligation shall not be admitted to the studies.

Failure to fulfil the obligation to submit the documents according to the above rules shall result in rejection of the candidate.

Candidates on the list of documents qualified for submission are required to submit all required documents within the time limit specified in the recruitment schedule. A place on the list of documents qualified for submission does not guarantee a place on the list of admitted students.

Documents submitted by candidates who waive their right to take up the studies shall be returned to them at their written request (template of waiver) in person or to their authorised representative or sent by post with confirmation of receipt.

A photo to the Electronic Student ID, which is attached in the recruitment process in the IRK system should meet the following requirements: 

1. The electronic photographs should be up to date, in colour, with the resolution of 500 x 625 pixels and in JPG format.
2. The photographs should fulfil the same requirements as photographs for identity cards, i.e. no headgear, no dark glasses, the person’s head should be facing the camera and the light should be evenly distributed on the whole face. Persons with a congenital or acquired eye condition may enclose photographs in dark glasses, and persons wearing headgear due to their religious beliefs may enclose photographs with headgear. Persons who enclose photographs in dark glasses must hold a document confirming their congenital or acquired eye condition issued according to the regulations on certification of disabilities and degrees of disabilities. Persons who enclose photographs with headgear should hold a document confirming their religious affiliation.

Please note: The photo in the system is submitted for approval after enrollment in the field of study!!
